I’ve been using the I'Motion set for about a year now. It works perfectly with 6/0–7/0 sutures. Thanks to the small head and precise locking mechanism, I can work gently with it. Also, due to its limited, smooth design, the thread rarely tears. It easily fits into tight areas.
